The latter moved up strongly on the outside in the stretch and was wearing down the winner nearing the finish. PARNELL PIRATE lacked early speed, but finished with a rush. WORLD TRAVELLER tired. BAD AXE rushed into the lead on the outside, but could not hold the winner. ORKIN moved up steadily and finished gamely. MARY BIDDY tired. The others were never contenders. LUCKY PROSPERO dropped back on the lower turn, then came aeain and finished well. LITTLE V. tired. BLIND STAR was outrun.
