JAILED IN STOCK SWINDLE Three men were taken into custody Saturday as police began an investigation of an alleged 0,000 stock swindle. Those seized were James J. Kelley, head of the Kelley-Condon Company of 120 S. LaSallc St.; William Kephart and James H. Ronan, salesmen for the company. The offices of the company were raided on complaints of customers who claimed to have lost nearly 0,000. Federal Judge Sullivan appointed a receiver for the company, whose liabilities are said to be in the neighborhood of 00,000.
