.j. 1 AURORA TURF NOTES $ . For failure to scratch the horse Nonpartisan before shipping to an unknown destination, M. R. Warren, trainer, was fined 0 by the stewards. The horse stands suspended until the fine is paid. Jockey Harold West, who was unseated by Mim when she propped in the second race, sustained an injury to his knee which at first was thought to be of minor importance but later a swelling developed and he was forced to cancel the engagement on Joseph J. G. and apprentice C. Stevenson was substituted.
