9 STRASSBURGER BACK IN FRANCE PARIS, France, May 20. The American sportsman, Ralph B. Strassburger, together with Mrs. Strassburger and their son, have returned from the United States and plans to remain here for the season. Mr. Strassburger, who is the breeder of Easton, has been a buyer of several horses in training and has sent them to Percy Carter to train.
