The first book of conditions for the Beulah Park meeting, which gets under way May 9, are being distributed by Charles F. Kenney. Emmet Hileman will serve as racing secretary and handicapper during the Columbus meeting. The condition of Guy L. Waggoner, who submitted to a minor operation, was reported as greatly improved this morning. He is expected to leave the Fort Worth Hospital tomorrow.
