HORGAN WARNS HORSEMEN PAWTUCKET, R. I., April 9 Racing secretary Pat Horgan today issued a friendly w.arning to all horsemen not to ship to Nar-ragansett Park unless they have already been notified stalls have been reserved for them. It is absolutely impossible to house all applicants and the association does not wish horsemen to face the expense of long journeys, only to find they cannot be accommodated at the track. Pink admission cards have been mailed to all accepted applicants. Without these cards, admission to the park must be reluctantly denied.
