EXTRA DAY AT CHURCHILL LOUISVILLE. Ky., May 6.— The Derby FVstivnl Association, an organization of Louisville merchants and manufacturers, will conduct a one-day meeting at Churchill Downs on Monday, May 18, according to announcement made today by Col. M. J. Winn, executive director of the track. Colonel Winn is turning the course over to the Derby Festival Association for the day, and net profits will go into the fund for next years Derby festival week. Churchil Downs will receive nothing for the use of its facilities and all Downs employes will donate their services. — *
