Jockey George Woolf will come from New York to ride the Brookmeade representative. Jockey R. Jones, who severed his connections with the stable of John Hay Whitney, will ride for A. G. Vanderbilt until the expiration of the suspension of jockey Leo Fallon on August 1. Compton Smith, a member of the Massa chusetts racing commission, was an interested spectator at Pimlico Friday. William Hurley stated that he would ship the hor.ses owned by E. R. Bradley to Hawthorne Park at the close of the Maryland Jockey Club meeting. R. E. Potts, who trains Grand Slam for the Bomar Stable, stated that jockey J. Bry-son will ride the colt in the Preakness.
