Tranter announced that he would hold a sale of horses in training at Belmont Park on May 30. Consignments from San- j ford Stud Farms, Leslie Kieffer and G. D. Widener are included. Tranter announced ■ that the books for this sale were closed, but on June 6 he would hold another sale. The division of the Greentree Stable at ! Pimlico will be transferred to Rockingham ! Park to await that meeting. The Brookmeade Stables Good Goods will be returned to Belmont Park from Pimlico to fulfill engagements during that meeting. John McKee, veteran western trainer, was among the arrivals Saturday afternoon. Bill Ryan arrived from Chicago and will remain for some time. Walter St. Denis made his first appearance of the season.
