INGLE NOOK BEULAH WINNER j Takes Inaugural Handicap at Ohio ! Track Before Large and Enthusiastic Crowd. GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 9.— Mrs. B. K. Starrs Ingle Nook, coming from behind in the last quarter was eventually returned an easy winner of the Inaugural Handicap, fifth and featured event of the initial days . ! racing at Beulah Park this afternoon. Jane ■ D. also came from the rear to outlast ! Dozana for the second award. Always Blue, i the early pacemaker, tired badly. I H. D. Shepard, general manager of the Beulah Park Jockey Club, made the pres-•station of a huge golden bronze trophy, I which went to the winner, H. W. Plant, the j trainer of Ingle Nook, accepting it on behalf I I of Mrs. Starr. The racing was staged under ideal conditions before a large and enthusiastic ! crowd. Some of the winners came from unexpected quarters, but the finishes were ■ close enough to arouse keen enthusiasm. j Game and Betty Rejoice led for most of the trip in their respective races. Fela-wake i outran his opponents all the last half ; j of the second race. Sequoia only got up in the final stride of the fourth. j
