Marynell, Azucar and Stand Pat, eligibles for the ,000 added Pontchartrain Handicap, were seen in useful trials this morning. Azucar stepped a mile in 1:45; Stand Pat covered the same distance in 1:46 and Marynell breezed three-quarters in 1:20. They worked around the "dogs." Jockey J. Longden stopped off a few hours en route to Chicago from Suffolk Downs. F. H. Carpenters Capitalist was blistered and will be out of training for some time. H. O.
