Tague and Jake Lowenstein stand suspended indefinitely under rulings handed down by the Illinois Racing Commission, through its secretary, George H. Foster, today. The rulings follow: "The Illinois Racing Commission, upon the report of its chemist that the saliva test of the horse Sun X, winner of the seventh race at Lincoln Fields on October 9. 1936, was positive, showing the presence of morphine or its derivative, trainer C. W. Tague and all the horses under his control are indefinitely suspended pending further hearing. "The Illinois Racing Commission, upon the report of its chemist that the saliva test of the horse Ivory Tip, winner of the first race at Lincoln Fields on October 10, 1936, was positive, showing the presence of morphine or its derivative, trainer J. Lowenstein and all the horses under his control are indefinitely suspended pending further hearing."
