KURTSINGER CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OSSINING, N. Y., Oct 14. Jockey Charles Kurtsinger was charged to day with criminal negligence in the motor car accident which resulted in the death of Anna Rav 49-year-old mill worker of Yonkers, killed on August 29. Kurtsinger was held for the Westchester grand jury. Kurtsinger piloted Twenty Grand when that Greentrec i able star won the 1931 Kentucky Derby. He has often been referred to as the Lucky Dutchman."
