PRICE DUE AT LOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 31. Charles F. Price, presiding steward in charge of racing at all tracks operated by the American Turf Association, of which Col. M. J. Winn is president, is due here within a few days from his winter home in Naples, Fla. Shortly following his return he will go to Lexington for a meeting of the license committee of the state racing commission and following that conference -will open his office at Churchill Downs. Judge Price, who is one of the countrys outstanding racing officials, is in the best of health, following a siege of illness last fall.
