1 CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES s Ike Weil, Chicago political figure and racing enthusiast, was here recently to see his horses go through the briskest trials asked of them this spring to date. He was pleased with what each displayed and returned to his home Sunday-night. The horses Waldo Freeman has at Douglas Park are Sky Witch, Forceful Witch, French Witch and Gallant Pat. He has another to arrive in a few days and still others to come along later. The seven horses of Jesse Spencer which have been training at the farm were to be vanned here today, while owner Spencer will bring eight others from Tropical Park following the close of the meeting here.
