GRIFFITHS PLAN MAY WORK ORLANDO, Fla., April 6. Clark Griffith, owner of the Washington Senators, has a plan which he believes will prove beneficial to his club during the 1938 season. He has two sets of outfielders and will use Stone, Simmons and Case when the opposing pitcher is a southpaw, while Stone, Almada and Goslin will take the field against righthanders.
