SANDE POINTING THE CHIEF LEXINGTON, Ky., April 6 W. T. Bishop, superintendent of the Keeneland Association, received the following message from Earl Sande: "Have decided to ship direct to Churchill Downs, and if The Chief trains satisfactorily will van him to Keeneland for the Blue Grass Stakes." Sande, who several times has changed his departing date from Santa Anita, expects 1 to leave the Arcadia track April8.
