WALPER, GOLFER, SUSPENDED BALTIMORE, Md., April 6. Leo Walper, champion of the Middle Atlantic Professional Gold Association, has been meted out a thirty-day suspension and told to write a letter to the president of the National P. G. A. offoring an apology for an incident which took place at Sarasota, Fla. Walper was charged with a violation of the associations code of ethics.
