URGE HORSEMEN TO FILE LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 18. Beginning Tuesday, horsemen are urgently requested to begin filing their stable registrations, badge requests and license applications for the Churchill Downs meeting. The racing administration offices will be open daily start- ing Monday and stable registration and other blanks are available there. Owners and trainers of stables shipping here from Keeneland and other points also are asked to take care of these matters at the earliest ! possible time.
