KURTSINGER SUSPENDED JAMAICA, N. Y., April 18. Charles Kurt-singer returned from Kentucky to New York to find himself indefinitely suspended, with a possibility that he will not be permitted to ride either Menow nor War Admiral until mid-summer. The action against the "Flying Dutchman" was taken after he i-ad ignored the instructions of Hugh Fontaine, trainer of the Brookmeade Stable, going to Kentucky to ride Menow in the race which marked the colts first start and victory of the year at Keeneland on Friday. The Brookmeade Stable is Kurtsingers contract employer. Trainer Fontaine appeared before the Jamaica stewards yesterday and the action was taken.
