NEVES RESUMES RIDING SAN MATEO, Calif., April 18. Jockey Ralph Neves, who drew a long suspension last fall for rough riding, will resume his saddle work Tuesday, having drawn three assignments for the day. Neves stated that his suspension has served its purpose. He intends to refrain from any tactics which will jeopardize his standing with the officials.
