SEEKS FUNDS FOR RELIEF The Citizens Relief Committee held a meeting Saturday and discussed plans to raise 4,000,000 in Chicago by means of new license fees. The receipts are to be used to meet estimated relief needs for the balance of the present year. - Mayor Kelly promised his support in the undertaking.
