PAY-OFF IN ALL DEAD HEATS In the case of any and all dead heats, wagers made away from the track the chart prices should prevail if track odds were offered and accepted. Where house odds were accepted, the procedure should be as follows: If was bet on each horse and 3 to 1 laid on one horse, the pay-off should be 12.00 to the player and .00 to the layer; If 2 to 1 was laid on the other, the pay-off should be .50 to the player and M to the layer.
