BOSCA, off slowly, came very fast after leaving the back stretch to find an opening on the stretch turn and, reaching contention, came to the outside of COHIGH in the run home to wear down the latter and got to the front in the closing strides. COHIGH got through an opening on the inside rounding the far turn and opened up a good lead on the stretch turn, but tired near the finish. ALTHORP PARK, racing in four bandages, closed much ground to finish well. BLAZE OF GLORY acted badly at the post and swerved slightly when started from outside of the stall gate, but soon raced into a contending position, but was forced wide. RETAKE had early speed, but bore out badly in the stretch. TRUELY FLO showed a good turn of early speed. GRASSINGTON quit. EL PORTAL was outrun early, but came very fast on the inside through the stretch. CRYSTAL GLENN also found an opening in the stretch to finish fast. JIMMIE SWEET had good early speed, but tired. MOHAC was never a contender under weak handling. SUN LIBERTY had some early speed. COMPANY quit badly in the stretch. PETER F. was in close quarters early and was never dangerous. GALLACLAY raced to the front at once to open up a good lead while making the pace, but tired near the finish and was forced out to hold WILD TURKEY safe. The latter was outrun to the stretch, then came very fast in the middle of the track and was pressing the winner. JOLITO, in close quarters soon after the start, was badly outrun early and also closed much ground. IRON HILLS showed speed in spots in a fairly good effort. AMOR BRUJO made a strong move after leaving the back stretch, but tired in the last eighth. BARNSLEY finished fast. COUNT PAN had some early speed. DIP quit. Scratched 72247 Real Clear, 112. ENOCH BORLAND was used up making the pace and tired in the stretch. BON HOMMAGE dropped back after making a brief move rounding the far turn. CANNIBAL was outrun all the way.
