FINAL DERBY "BLOWOUTS" HOT SPRINGS, Ark., March 31 On Location and Radio Gold had short "blowouts" this morning as final preps for their Arkansas Derby engagements. On Location breezed a half mile in :51, and Radio Gold sped the same distance in :49; Giles County,- No Competition, Up the Creek and Sports Writer, Kentucky Derby eligibles which passed up the Arkansas Derby, .were seen in useful six furlongs drills over a good track this morning. Giles County was timed the distance in 1:18. No Competition in 1:21 and Up the Creek in 1:20.
