PLANS EASTERN CAMPAIGN MIAMI, Fla., March 31. Trainer R. Nixon, who handles the horses of J. E. Simmons, has mapped plans for another campaign on the Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia circuits during the coming season. At the close, of the meeting, the horses will be shipped to Havre de Grace.
