LE MAR STRING FORMIDABLE Six Churchill Downs Handicap Eligibles in Establishment Which Came From West Coast. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 4 Six Churchill Downs handicap nominees, two of them also eligible for the Clark Handicap, are in the division of the Le Mar Stock Farm stable, which A. G. Woodman recently brought here from California. There are fourteen horses in Woodmans establishment, but before the Churchill Downs meeting opens, on April 29, there may be some changes in its personnel, since it is the plan of Leo J. Marks, owner of the stable to race his charges on three fronts this summer. Woodman is to race a division here at the Downs and then on the Illinois circuit, while William Booth is to take another division East after the Keeneland meeting, and J. P. Keezek will campaign still another j branch of the stable at Detroit and in Ohic. The Churchill Downs handicap eligibles i Woodman has here are Matchup, Mutinous, : Mascot, Mar Le, Mad Money and Many Stings. The latter two also have been nomi- down for decision on the first day of the local season. Other Le Mar horses here are Frontier, Moorish, Mightily, Midair, Moonish, Miamba Girl, Merrywood and Millie M.
