PAPERS RESUME PUBLICATION WILKES-BARRE, Pa., April 4. Wilkes-Barres three daily newspapers, inactive for six months because of a strike, sprang to life today. Skeleton forces laid the groundwork for resumption of publication today as white-collar and mechanical workers returned to their posts. The two evening papers, the News and Times-Leader, were published this afternoon, while the Morning Record was to reappear tomorrow. Pub- lishers of the three papers reported excellent response from business interests in the way of advertising.
