Gilmore Leaves for Downs CICERO. 111., May 8.— R. J. Gilmore, secretary and treasurer of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, central division, left for Louisville, Ky., today to attend a conference of members of that organization at Churchill Downs, pertaining to business and other campaign * matters of the association, to be held here tomorrow.
