Buddy Wingfield Takes Over CICERO, 111., May 12.— The final week of racing at Sportsmans Park saw a change in starters. G. R. "Buddy" Wing-field, who has been dispatching the fields at Narragansett Park, arrived at the Cicero course Monday and took over for the last six days. Wingfield replaces Roy Dicker-son, who has been sending them on their way here since the meeting got under way April 25. Dickerson was filling in for Wingfield and will remain in the vicinity until Arlington Park opens.
