Draft Horses Supplant Tractors BOSTON, Mass., May 12. — Suffolk Downs has fallen in step with the gasoline rationing program on the Eastern seaboard by putting away their tractors and using draft horses. The horses pull the harrows around the oval between races and it has been estimated their time for covering the mile is twenty minutes.
