Will 1aear watching if not pitched 1 too high. WILDEBEEST— Give this one another r chance; last race too bad to believe. Can handle same kind of horses. GENL MANAGER— Stable about ready to j drop this one down a peg. May do when i pitted against a field of platers. NELLIE L. — This filly is not as bad as her r last race would indicate. When the track is muddy she will show a lot of improvement. . SILK YARN— Just missed the other day. Is ready to win and will show to best advantage with ,500 distance runners. BELAY — Just a cheap sort, but is in capable " . hands, and should be dropped into the right spot before long. SON OF PEACE — This one may win at first asking here. Gave evidence in New York that he can run. OUPHE — Hasnt any pretense to class but ■ should get away with a cheap race in 1 short order. BIG BOY — A three-year-old maiden who 5 acts and looks good. Education he received in recent races should fit him for 1 victory. ZACAPET — Has been dropped down and * may not be in the maiden class much 1 longer. May do next time out. FOR GRANTED— A speedy miss who 3 promises to do plenty of running at first 1 asking here. Eligible for three-year-old maiden race. AMAZED— Watch for this one when 1 dropped into a sprint for ,000 to ,500 sprinters. Showing steady improvement. • • By C. J. Prefers a fast track. SWIFT LEGION— Harry Trotsek is condi-i tioning this juvenile colt and his charge is eligible to a maiden race. Worked j a half mile in :474/o, handily, AMBER LIGHT — Clever handler is bringing | the Louisiana Derby victor along J steadily, and the Dixiana star recently stepped six furlongs in 1:16 under snug : restraint. BLACK BADGE— The Hirschberg colt is 1 the best of the local two-year -old divi-i sion and is holding his good form. Will [ be pointed for the Arlington Futurity. • GOLD PRINCESS — Speedy filly in the ! David McClure contingent who will be I hard to turn back in next start. Has I worked five furlongs in 1:01, handily. ■ O. K. JOE — This three-year-old was victim I of bad racing luck when defeated by No Wrinkles, but will make amends at an early asking. OK SUGAR— Trainer William Crump may ■ move this filly up a notch after her ■ last performance and she is capable of holding her own in better company. CONVIVIAL— Hard-hitting router from the , Tall Trees contingent who bowed to . Beau Catcher after leading the major portion of the trip. Belongs with ,250 band. MAKESHIFT— Displayed high speed in i Croghan Purse, and that effort should 1 fit her for a winning performance. High-class plater at six furlongs. MABE MONDAY— One of the best three-1 year-old sprinters on the grounds, and : he recently startled work watchers : with a five-furlong drill in l-.opVs, , handily, SMACKED — B. B. Johnson has this gelded son of Agrarian training in excellent I fashion and his charge figures to gar , ner his share of purses at the meeting. NOTFORME — This consistent plater has been given a careful preparation by trainer Torriente, and he will be pitted against ,250 field at six furlongs. + By R. N. Charlton Suf.— ANIZGOCE — Encountered no end of interference . in recent outing. Should not ; be long in graduating. EZECHIAS — Morning trials indicate that this one is at peak form. GRAUSTARK— Back at the very peak of his form, this old fellow should win more than his share. ITABO— Further improvement can be ex- pected over that recent bang-up second. KANLAST — Stretch-running daughter of Kantar that can be taken for ar early score. LANCERON— Recent efforts have been better. Should soon find suitable placing. PATROL FLIGHT— Turned in a creditable performance in his initial effort over the track. RED MOON— Was going willingly at the end of a recent sprints Can be expected to show marked improvement. That recent bang-up second is enough endorsement for this juvenile. ROYAL PRINCE— Is being carefully prepped. Can do much better than local outings would indicate. RUSSIA — Demonstrated in that most re-cent outing that he is near top form. SUN GIRL — Was sharply impeded when making her move in recent test. Was never better than at the present time.
