All Chase Races Fill AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 26.— During the Belmont and Aqueduct meetings 42 steeplechase races were run. This is a new record for New York as the races filled J every day that a jump race was scheduled. And much of the credit is due Fred Parks, whose steeplechase racing program had a wide appeal. Jump contests will be continued with the opening of the Saratoga meeting which will be held at Belmont beginning July 26.
