Virgil Oden Visits Texas Farm BOSTON, Mass., June 26.— Virgil Oden, assisting in the training of the Esiravo string during the convalescence of his brother H. V. Oden, recently returned to Suffolk from a flying visit to Texas. While in the Lone Star State he visited the farm of Floyd West and stated that during his visit the mares Rosemain and Hienock had been bred to Devil Red. standing in Texas. Other mares on the West farm have been sent to the court of Ted Easy. The Wests are represented locally by the promising two-year-old Comanche Peak, in charge of Arthur Gaignard.
