DIMOUT raced SILVER RUN and PICKET into defeat and tired. REFUGIO fenced well, but was bothered repeatedly. BEAMISH BOY had no mishap*. EREMON, outrun early, responded mildly after a mile and raced evenly thereafter. FLYING TIGER was never a stroni? factor. SILVER RlN forced the pace for more than a mile, despite makine; a bad landing at the third fence. PENNY PACKER raced with the early pace, then quit badly and was eased up nearine the final fence. MOST ALERT turned back the early challenges of OVERLIN, tired in the dosing eighth and just manaeed to save the place. BLENHOUR. on the inside early, was taken to the outside for the stretch run and finished best. LITTLE WIZARD, badly outrun on the backstretch, closed some ground in the final drive.
