Given Honorable Discharge COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 28.— Jockey Louis Arcaro, Cincinnati boy who is a cousin of Eddie Arcaro, has received an honorable discharge from the Army and plans to resume riding at Beulah Park. Arcaro saw action in the South Pacific.
