Declare Royal Prince BALTIMORE. Md., April 28.— Mrs. H. J. Mohrs Royal Prince is definitely out of the Preakness Stakes, to be decided at Pimlico May 13. George Mohr, who conditions the Maryland-bred, announced the colt is again responding satisfactorily to training since sustaining a filling in his left front leg, in the suspensory ligament, to be exact, but that he would not start the three-year-old until the Delaware Park meeting.
