Kaytee Doubtful for Derby But Woolfs Services Sought LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 28.— Although it now appears doubtful that Woodvale Farms promising colt, Kaytee, will be a starter in the Kentucky Derby, Royce G. | Martin will continue negotiations to have the able veteran, George Woolf, ride the son of Blue Larkspur in all important engagements during the season. Following a short work here yesterday morning, Kaytee developed several degrees of temperature and, although the fever subsided within a short time, trainer George Strate did not have the colt on the Churchill Downs track this morning. Strate stated that a definite decision whether the colt is to continue in training for the Derby could not be made until after he confers with Martin, who was expected here this afternoon.
