Jeffords Stable Plans STANTON, Del., June 29. The Walter M. Jeffords string, 14 strong, will leave early next week for Garden State Park. This establishment boasts the two best juveniles to be seen under colors at the Delaware Park meeting. Ace Card, a daughter of Case Ace, won the Polly Drum-mond Stakes while Pavot broke the track record for five and one-half furlongs, being timed in 1:05 Js for the-distance. The Jeffords string will have first call on the services of jockey Doug Dodson, who is currently leading the reinsmen at the local course.
