LATE THREAD, placed within striking distance from the start, came to DRAWAWAY from the outside and finished in hand. DRAWAWAY could not hold her advantage and was tiring in the drive. SPEEDY SHOW closed ground when too late. MOKUP, wedged in early and unable tp improve his position, came Well when clear. MISS FREEDOM raced on the outside and was not good enough. GRAY DOTTIE, slow to get started, finished well. ELEANOR VAN was in close and forced to take up rounding the far turn. WING Q BLUE was briefly prominent. CLAYBURNE set the pace under urging and gave way when collared. PLES PAT was rushed forward, could not keep up. and fell back after three-eighths.
