Plans for Valdina Lamar EAST BOSTON, Mass., June 29. Miss Ruth Broughers Valdina Lamar, the unbeaten three-year-old who is New England main dependence in Tuesdays Yankee Handicap, will be named for a six-furlong handicap on Saturday, according to plans of trainer Monte Preston. With this race under his belt the colt is certain to be ready for the mile and three-sixteenths test on July 4.
