Petee-Wrack Dies HAVRE DE GRACE, Md„ May 23. — It was revealed here today that John R. Macombers Petee-Wrack, 23-year-old Maryland stallion, who had been standing at Frank Bonsais Mantua Farm, had died last night. The popular stallion was a stakes winner during his racing days, amassing earnings of 8,990. The outstanding thoroughbred sired by Petee-Wrack was the good filly, Columbiana, who won the Widener Challenge Cup in 1937. The most recent stakes winner to be sired by Petee-Wrack was Richard A. Johnsons Petee Dee, who won the Maryland Futurity over Gallorette in 1944.
