HBPA Meeting Tonight HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., May 23.— Dan Chappell, prominent seportsman and thoroughbred horse owner who is legal counsel for the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, will attend the important election meeting of the central division of that organization to be held here in Cicero tomorrow night. All horsemen racing their stables here are urged to be on hand.
