TRA-HBPA Meeting Tomorrow BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 12. — Mose Rauzin, co-owner of Sunshine Stable, returned to Miami today, but his partner, Dan Chappell, is staying on to attend the Wednesday meeting between the directors of the Thoroughbred Racing Association and a committee of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association of which Chappell is attorney.
