To Rebuild Orleans Strip SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 12. — Starter Roy Dickerson, who is also superintendent of the Fair Grounds track at New Orleans, will depart for the Crescent City following the close of Sportsmans Park to supervise the rebuilding of the entire track at that point and make repairs to the stables.
