Horses to Watch Horses who impressed Daily Racing Form representatives as being ready to win: LINCOLN FIELDS T MARCHON — Connections are satisfied with training moves and will find suitable placing. DEVASTATING — This sprinter looks and acts good and a winning performance should not be far away. LITTLE FAIR — This three-year-old has a keen flight of speed that should earn a purse. TONY LEO — No handicap star but is ready to register over ,000 opposition. LAST BILL — Missed the decision when well fancied and may make amends. SON WOLF— Watch for this one in ,500 company. Training moves have been satisfactory. DIDEROD — A hard-hitting sort who should be first to greet the judges soon. ELIZA JANE — dockers report that this miss was never better. Will be placed with suitable adversaries. SANTA FE — Dixiana has a nice two-year-old in this one and a victory should not be far away. TOWN GUY — This youngster has never started but is ready to graduate at first asking. MISS BOBOLINK — A distance of ground suits this one best. Is ready for the question. MONEY KING — A three-year-old who should score in his first appearance. WINTER SONG — Has been brought to peak condition and should score over ,500 rivals. MISS BEILTRO — The split-second experts have been impressed by training moves of this three-year-old filly. VALDINA DATE — Has been brought to top shape and belongs with ,000 company. BELMONT PARK SCRIBE — Got the worst of a bad start last time out. That effort can be disregarded. TRAPEZE — Was forced wide at stretch turn in last race, then finished well. PEACE OF MIND — Closed stoutly in late stages and should improve with continued racing. MISS GRILLO — Last time out this mare closed considerable ground. Will show improvement in top company. FLAREBACK — Made up ground steadily in the stretch run and is due to improve. FILLE DORLEAN— Showed speed and was bothered in the stretch. WHIPSAW — Swered under pressure and caused jamming in late stages. MARINE BAND— Will improve with racing. Last effort good. RUSH HOUR — Showed an even effort in debut and should improve over that effort. REPEATER — Down on inside in deeper going and tired from early efforts. STINGPRICE — Closed considerable ground last out and will do better over a distance. RED RISQUE: — Raced well in debut and improvement may be expected. ANTIGONE— Finished with determination last time out and is a possibility in own classification over a route. ARMY MARCH — Pronounced improvement may be expected from this one in the near future. DETROIT SIR SPRITE— This Detroite favorite displayed fine speed in his first start of the year, in Kentucky. That race should have him on edge for a handicap or allowance race. MATE ME] — Winning race in Kentucky attests present fitness. Will sprint or go a distance in top form. Allowance or high priced claiming race. CHIPPEWA CHIEF — This maiden two-year-old should score first trip. MUZZ — Ran very wide when finishing third recently. May have been best and can lead in similar opposition, sprint or distance. DEVILSAND — Can hold his own over a distance with ,000 company. Any track condition will suit. FAY FOO — Won her first start of year and will not be long out of winners circle at Detroit. Six furlongs or a mile and a sixteenth. BEN GRAY — Connections will find a spot for this one in a six-furlong allowance race. Kentucky races should have him right on edge. CARMELITA H.— This ,500 sprinter may forget to stop if not overmatched. Has keen early speed to keep her out of trouble. HILDA — One of the best two-year-old fillies on the ground. Easy winner in Kentucky. DIAMOND DICK — This Detroit favorite was third in Kentucky and should be ready to meet the best on the grounds. MEALSO — One of the better two-year-olds who will be heard from. Trained well at Churchill Downs. MILITARY SIR— Will be hard to beat over a distance in a high priced claiming race or an allowance test. THE CURTAIN — A ,000 claimer that should be able to sprint six furlongs sue- CCSSfllllV GALLANT* SON— Watch for this one in ,000 company at a mile and a sixteenth. May lead all the way. RANDALL PARK BURG HEIR — Has been freshened and is reported to be training satisfactorily. CALYDON — Shipped in from New England. Is speedy and might triumph at first asking. DR. BONES — Has speed but stops. May last, however, one of these days when well placed. DUZIT — May surprise first time out. Reported fit and ready. EVA DEL — Cheap sort of sprinter due to earn brackets before long. * ELLAGAL — Can trim her own kind when properly placed. MR. GOHI — Can sprint or go a distance. Has been rested and, since being returned to training, indicates he is at top form. NICOGOLD — One of the better ones on the grounds. Should earn his share of purses. NORTH DAKOTA— Two-year-old full relation to the well known South Dakota. Is reported to be speedy. OFFENBACH — Highly rated. Raced with high-priced claiming rivals at Gulf-stream and is fast. Due to prove hard to beat. PATSYS PAL — Fleet-footed miss who is a capable sort against her own kind. Tab for quick victory. SIR CHICLE— Will probably take down a purse before long. SOUTH DAKOTA— Although he has yet to win this year, this worlds record holder is hard to beat when at tops. Not to be disregarded against local competition. TIN PAN ALLEY— Capable of going along with the better ones here. Is exceptionally fast. BEULAH~PARK TRUE SHOOTER, — Still maiden but could find a cheap field of routers at whose expense he could graduate. STINGY LADY — Was eliminated at the start in her outing here. Could redeem herself. OUR BESS — Disregard this fillys initial try at the meeting. Broke to disadvantage and failed to rally. VEXAVOLO — Route of ground preferred by the Diavolo product. WAVE GLORY— After dwelling at the start and racing extremely wide in the stretch, this Lester J. three-year-old closed with good courage. BLUE MATE — Did not appear to like the going in first outing here. A fast track with the same company could result in brackets. ONE LINK — The distance was apparently too short for this Only One gelding in lone outing here. When sent a route of ground he could score. ORDER ARMS — This five-year-old Bobby Sweep gelding closed with a good burst of speed in a sprint effort. Prefers a distance of ground. JUDSON — Cheap but gains a nod when facing platers of the ,000 class. May have needed his recent effort to reach top form. PAIRAMELIA — Could score a surprise victory soon. Appeared short of a top effort in latest attempt. CELERIOR — Broke sluggishly in initial outing. Deserved another chance facing the same caliber. HAVRE "dTgRACE WISE SUN— This veteran is better than recent races, having suffered interference in that effort. IRISEN — Graduated from the maiden ranks at first asking and was quite impressive. WHIZZ HAPPY— Has always been partial to the local strip and last race indicates prime condition. BAHRAMETER — Lacked racing room in stretch run of last and may win one shortly. LOVE TIME — Should find soft pickings in a field for non-winners of two races. CANDLE ENDS — Has enough speed to steal a distance race over very cheap platers. BLUE YONDER— Raced fairly well in first start since last fall and race should help him greatly. FLYSOLATE — Local races have been good and this one should knock out a purse this week. AIRY — Set a new track record in graduating from the maiden ranks at first asking. LICTOR — Poor judgment and bad racing luck beat this one last time out. SECOND TRY— Has been close on several occasions and should reach the winners circle this week. EL MONO — Was beaten on an "off" track, but may score when racing surface is at its best. TACARO MILKMAN — Seasonal debut could have resulted in a victory with a share of good luck. PARTLDO — May lead throughout if kept over a distance of ground with cheap horses. EQUIBIT — Should win Wednesdays Breeders Stakes over Maryland foals. SUFFOLJTdOWNS DANCE TEAM— Lost all chance in his last when bothered leaving gate. Is as sharp as a tack. AIR DAME — Showed keen early foot in debut but tired under drive. Should bene- fit from that outing and desert maiden ranks soon. ELMO GRIER— Much better than last would indicate. Poor judgment by rider may have been reason for dull effort. KNIGHTHOOD— A mediocre three-year-old colt who should be properly placed before too long. GRAY DAME — Just missed a close decision in last when it appeared the Sir Damion filly had won. Will be hard to handle against same company. VAMPIRE — Turned in creditable performance in lone outing of current meeting. Will do against ,500 sprinters. CRAB APPLE — A cheap but consistent router when at peak form. Last indicates a winning performance is on tap. SANGONE — The five-year-old Sangreal gelding recovered from early interference in his last to finish a fast-closing second to Foxy Nettie. Needs only fair shake in racing luck to handle same opposition. SUPER FOOT— A classy sprinter who looks and acts good. Last should have put him on edge for quick return to winning form. SIERRA BOUND— A juvenile that has shown enough promise in morning trials to warrant consideration when pitted against maidens. WILL MARKHAM— Last was not a bad effort after the five-year-old gelding found his racing stride. Needs only to be kept closer to pace. BOXIE — Has been running against the best sophomores in training since early last winter. A slight descent in class will make a big difference.
