Powder Puff Stakes Draws Twenty-Seven Nominations FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 1. —The £10,000 Powder Puff Stakes, a five furlongs dash for two-year-old fillies, drew 27 nominations, and the race will feature the program at the local track on Wednesday, June 28. Heading the field for the allowance stakes are James C.
