Penter Visiting at Detroit FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 1. — IVrtin Duke Penter, popular member of the Arlington Park and Washington Park staff, is a Fair Grounds visitor in the interests of stakes scheduled for decision at the two Illinois tracks. The co-ordinated meetings will be of 67 days duration with Ar-lii ton Park staging its inaugural program on June 20 and Washington Park ringing down the curtain on September 5.
