Fink Hearing June 15 NEW YORK, N. Y., June 1.— The New York Racing Commission will convene on June 15 and hear an appeal from Jule Fink, who races under the nom de course of the Marlet Stable. Fink is seeking the reason for his refusal of an owners license and the rejection of his application for stable room on New York tracks.
