DARK LACE was on even terms for the lead on the outside, drew clear after a half mile and won easily. FAIRY BREAD was with the pace on the rail for a half mile, held on well, but was no match for the winner. RICHWALL saved ground while well placed but could not menace. CAKE WALK had no excuse. EL CABRILLO was outrun. SWEET COMET had brief speed and quit. SONS STYLE was through early. JUNIOR WOLF, a sharp factor while between horses early, was taken to the outside for the drive, reached the lead and drew clear. BIG WASH was between horses while with the pace, showed a good effort, but was not good enough. LITTLE TONY came to the inside on the turn when clear and faltered in the drive. NEWSWORTHY was pinched back going into the turn. MAKE IT EASY saved ground and had no mishap. PETROSE GIRL lacked room. SWEEPGOLD was forced to lose ground on the turn and tired. BEN DAVIS made the early pace between horses, came in when. clear and won fully extended. MINIM lost considerable ground all the way while with the leaders and finished willingly. BICKETT was prominent between horses and showed a good effort. HARRY D. saved ground and had no excuse. DAME POLLY lacked room in the drive. DOMINION, away alertly, lacked speed to remain with the first flight and tired. LYNN CHANCE flashed speed and quit. FRANK ASHLEY showed nothing. GAME WEATHER broke down nearlng the quarter mile. HALCYON DUKE lacked speed as usual, went up on the outside for the drive and wore down BETETHEL. The latter went up between horses to be prominent, took command and drew clear between calls in the closing furlong, but was not good enough. BIT 0 PROSE, well placed from the break, was blocked momentarily in the stretch and failed to rally. INSIST was blocked through the stretch, then had to take up at the furlong post when in close quarters while attempting to go through on the rail. RARE BID was outrun. OFF AT 5:34 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME. - Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. BREAKAGE was forced to ease back on the inside of the first turn, went up on the outside on the backstretch to displace GREYTOWN, drew out under light restraint, then won under punishment. FIRE DUST made up ground steadily when called upon, veered in sharply midway of the drive and finished resolutely. APROPIADO, reserved until straightened for the drive, finished with a belated rush. EVENING STORY, far back early, went up between horses with a rush in the closing furlong. PREPOTENTE had no excuse. GREYTOWN was through after a half mile.
